Orono (only) New Employee Basic Safety Training Sign-Up

NOTE: This training is for new employees of the University of Maine who work on and commute directly to the Orono campus.  All other employees (who work remotely, or from our other campuses) may take the on-line training by logging into Blackboard from the UMS Portal.

 

 

Basic Safety Training Sign-up Form

This form is used for new employees of the University of Maine (who work on the campus) to sign up for the required Basic Safety Training.
  • This is your employee ID# (NOT your SSN). If you do not know your employee ID# please ask your supervisor or administrative staff. The employee ID# is required for updating records.
  • Please enter your University email address. This is the official address where you will receive Basic Safety Training notifications or class changes.
  • Select one date from the options. Please make a note of your selected date, as you will not receive any further notifications unless you have signed up for a class that has unexpectedly been canceled.
  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
