What is this training module about?
This training will explain the importance of maintaining proper posture, and the protective measures that you may take to avoid or minimize symptoms or conditions that may result from extended or improper setup of your computer workstation. The topics include:

At the end of the training module is a 10 question test (passing score 80%). Also you will note a link to the Computer Workstation Checklist. Please click the link, print off the checklist, and please fill it out. Provide a copy to your supervisor.
How often is this training required?
Maine law states that if you work on a computer for more than 4 hours a day (on most days), you must receive this training within the first month of your being hired and annually thereafter.
